    Brett graduated from RMIT and started in practice way back in 1993. He opened his first practice from the front room of his house on Drummond Street but then relocated with the arrival of his second daughter.

    Over the years he has taken care of families from day-old babies to people in their 90's, to weekend warriors and international athletes.

    Clinical Interests include functional neurology ... These days Brett takes particular interest in helping patients in their 40's, 50's, 60's, 70's and beyond!

    He has 2 adult daughters, Monyean & Sienna and loves walking with Stella, his Kelpie x Heeler.

    2007    First Marathon -- Williamstown

    2008    Melbourne Marathon

    2010    Ran my first 89.28km Comrades "Down" marathon in South Africa.

    2011    Ran the 251.7km self-sufficient Marathon Des Sables in Morocco in the Southern Sahara. 6-weeks later flew back to South Africa to do my second 89km Comrades - The "Up" year and get the coveted "Back-To-Back" Medal ... given for doing both Up & Downs in consecutive years.

    2012    Was my 3rd 89.28km Comrades and second “Down” year

    2013    In April ran my 2nd 251.7km self-sufficient Marathon Des Sables in Morocco in the Southern Sahara. My then 18yo & I did the 60th Anniversary, Diamond Jubilee, Tenzing Hillary Everest Marathon on the 29th May; with Mony becoming the youngest person to have completed the marathon

    2014    I became the 33rd person to complete the 4-Deserts Grand Slam; completing 250km self-sufficient events in the deserts of Jordan (Wadi Rum), China (Gobi), Chile (Atacama Crossing - highest & driest desert) and completing the Grand Slam with Antarctica (The Last Desert).

    2015    A mate and I ran, unassisted, the first 300km (northern section) of the Arizona Trail from the border of Utah through the Grand Canyon to Flagstaff

    2016    As a team we finished the 100km OxFam Trailwalker in 13th place in a time of 15hours 3minutes. It was an awesome day of teamwork. Ultra Trail Australia - 100km in the Blue Mountains finishing in 16hrs 50minutes
